Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. No email, no waiting for a reply.

In the app

  1. Open CleanBoy and tap the gear in the top right corner to open Settings.
  2. Open Account settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What happens to your data

Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out. All associated data, including workouts, nutrition, measurements, routines, photos and anything you have shared with friends, is removed within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription, because subscriptions are handled by Apple. Cancel it under Subscriptions in your App Store account settings before or after deleting, otherwise it renews.

Want a copy first?

Export everything under Settings, then Data and sync, before you delete. The export is not available afterwards.

Cannot get into the app

Email support@cleanboyapp.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete the account. We confirm by email once it is done.
