1. Who we are
CleanBoy is provided by RJS Studio AB ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms: support@cleanboyapp.com.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CleanBoy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
3. The service
CleanBoy is a personal training, nutrition and habit tracking app. Features may be added, changed or removed over time, and occasional interruptions can occur. We announce significant changes in the app.
4. Your account
You can sign in with email and password, with Apple or with Google. You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or sold. You can delete your account at any time under Settings, Account settings.
5. Subscriptions
CleanBoy Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it under Subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store rules.
6. Your content
Data you log - workouts, meals, weights, photos and routes - belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service. Standard content in the app (programs, meals, foods and images) belongs to RJS Studio AB and may not be redistributed outside the app.
7. Friends, posts and comments
You choose what to share. A shared workout, and any photo you add to it, is visible to your accepted friends. Comments you write are visible to everyone who can see that post. Do not post content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not post photos of other people without their consent. You can report any post or comment from the menu on it, and block another user at any time. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. You can delete your own posts and comments whenever you like.
8. Health disclaimer
CleanBoy provides training and nutrition tracking, not medical advice. Calorie targets, weight suggestions, rest times and similar recommendations are general guidance. Consult a physician before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. You use the app at your own risk and should always listen to your body.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data belonging to other users, reverse engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
10. Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, RJS Studio AB is not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by factors outside our control, or consequences of training or nutrition decisions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service during the past twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
