The link in the email opens the CleanBoy app, and it only works on the phone that requested it. Nothing happens on a computer or on another phone, and this page cannot sign you in.

Link expired or already used
Request a new one in the app from the sign-in screen, under Forgot password. Then open the email on the same phone.
